Nestled in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains, King College is located in Bristol, TN, where natural beauty abounds. The hilltop campus offers a quiet wooded atmosphere for studying, yet is only a short drive from bustling downtown Bristol. The city is only twenty minutes from Tri-Cities Regional Airport and is in driving distance of three major cities, Charlotte, Atlanta, and Washington, D.C. The college and city are located near to major interstates. Popular attractions include the State Street Farmer¡¦s Market, the Bristol Motor Speedway, and Bristol Caverns. The annual Rhythm and Roots Reunion Festival takes place each September and offers a comprehensive and eclectic assortment of traditional musical acts. Bristol is known as the "Official Birthplace of Country Music." Outdoor activities include swimming and boating in local lakes, hiking on the Appalachian Trail, a historic downtown walking tour, parks, a national forest, horse riding, whitewater rafting, a water park, and six golf courses. Indoor activities include racquetball, indoor and drive-in cinemas, a roller rink, and festivals throughout the year. Bristol offers a wide variety of casual and fine dining restaurants, including seafood, Mexican, Chinese, and Mediterranean cuisines, as well as other dining experiences, and an exciting nightlife provided by a number of clubs, pubs, and bars. For the culture enthusiast, there are the Davy Crockett Birthplace Park, Andrew Johnson National Historic Site, Rocky Mount living history museum, the Birthplace of Country Music Museum, and the nearby famous Barter Theatre in Abingdon, VA.

King College¡¦s Business Department offers the BA in online media and marketing. The major is an interdisciplinary program incorporating courses from business and economics, technical and professional communication, and computer science. The total of 124 required credits prepares students for careers in information architecture, Web page design, Web application development, electronic commerce, or online advertising and marketing. Students in the program will gain a strong and solid foundation that will allow them to work in either the business world, in network management, or a combination of the two.

King College offers the men¡¦s intercollegiate sports of baseball, basketball, bowling, cross country, golf, soccer, swimming and diving, tennis, track and field, and wrestling. Women¡¦s intercollegiate sports include basketball, bowling, cheer/dance, cross country, golf, soccer, softball, swimming and diving, tennis, track and field, and volleyball. School teams have had many successes in recent years. Intramurals are also a major part of campus life and offer activities such as indoor soccer, volleyball, wiffleball, basketball, ultimate Frisbee, dodgeball, ping pong, foosball, pool, racquetball, Frisbee golf, chess, and others. A number of student-run organizations are also available and cover diverse interests such as literary arts, service opportunities, faith organizations, music and theatrical clubs, and others. Student life activities include outdoor movies, concerts, white water rafting, caving, bowling, a masquerade ball, bingo night, and camping.
