Additionally, Albright's location provides you with access to a metropolitan area prime for internships. These opportunities benefit students who study fashion, film and video, photography, or art or art history at Albright. The art program leans toward education along with studio courses, but the student can branch into photography or film and video through a selection of five courses related to the art department.

The fashion concentration is complemented by a liberal arts education and interdisciplinary studies. This course of study provides students with a foundation in the fashion industry, exposes them to careers in fashion apparel and costume design, fashion journalism, fashion business management and merchandising, retail buying and garment production. Fashion students learn strong communication skills through oral presentations and assignments. This program positions graduates for entry into the fashion industry at all levels.

Albright is open to a substantial program of financial aid that provides assistance to eligible students and their families through grants, loans, and on-campus employment programs. These programs are funded through the College, the federal government, and state government. The FAFSA provides Albright with all the information it needs to make determinations on financial aid beyond the Federal and state levels. Financial aid awards are made after the offer of admission. Albright offers a variety of scholarships to assist students, and all scholarships are renewable provided the recipient maintains the required grade point average.

Albright College is fully accredited by the Commission on Higher Education of the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools. The Pennsylvania Department of Education also has approved 13 teacher certification programs in art education, early childhood education, elementary education, foreign language education (French, German, Latin and Spanish), secondary education (biology, chemistry, English, mathematics and physics) and special education. As a student, you can participate in Albright's fantastic internship programs. Internships at Albright range across the curriculum, placing students in a wide variety of professional settings within the Reading area.
