Thanks for sharing and opening our eyes to the graphic design inspiration that can be found all around us. Simple, elegant, minimalist themes are fabulous not only for packaging but also for print advertising materials like brochures or posters. The same design elements you have pinpointed here can be used for a fresh, sales-boosting poster ad as well.

Hi Coraline107,

The movie Coraline was quite interesting and is a great example of how far computer animation has come. Coraline and the rest of the characters in the movie were virtually indistinguishable from live models. If you are serious about animation you may want to consider a graphic design college or liberal arts college to learn the craft. As you can see, computer animation is very popular and will be with us for quite a long time. :D

At the moment this is the only contest that we are aware of concerning the Little Big Planet game. However, game contests such as these are always running and we’ll do our best to alert our readers of any upcoming events. If your son is talented in level design, you might want to consider him taking some programming classes or game design classes in the future. Game companies are always on the lookout for talented individuals and he may be part of the next generation of game designers. :D
