This campaign is for the launch of The Noodle Shop, a creative boutique. The launch consisted of the website, a postcard/handout, full page ad in the San Diego Creative Directory. Everything is based on the “Think inside the box.” headline and is supported by Noodle Shop fortune cookie sayings. Noodle on.

Are you aware that just by entering (does not matter, win or lose) you are giving up all rights to the work product? (Entries will not be returned)

In this case the web site names personal property rights, intellectual property rights, copyrights, moral rights and all other intellectual property rights.

“Artist may not crate derivative works or their submissions or use their submission outside of this exhibition”

Basically you don’t so much as have the right to say you did the work much less show anyone a picture of the work.

Reminds me of the old bar pick up line “I’ll really and truly still respect you in the morning.

Thanks for the heads up - I’ll surely try to re-ignite my passion for t-shirt designing.

Back in 1996, I was employed in a firm which designed t-shirts and was using a Korean software that I never heard before. I was the first t-shirt maker at the time in my country at the time using Photoshop as my basic designing platform.

fortunately/Unfortunately I left the job- but the passion is still there.

So thanks once again.

Hello Cris - Just go to the link on the post and find out from that concern whether they’ll be holding a contest this next year. I’m sure they probably will. There are many other furniture competitions held throughout the year as well.

I am from the Philippines and an architect by profession would like to inquire on how to join the wood furmiture design competition for year 2008. Or how would I be able to showcase my wood furniture design I designed for my project in Japan . Or maybe how I would be able to have my design expose in Japan. I just have a few pieces of my own.
