Do you have the condition of papyrophilia- a love of paper? Or perhaps you are a fontophiliac–a person who loves fonts. Do you have a burning passion to design?
If you can answer yes to all of these questions, you may be a prime candidate for CTI Paper’s 2009 Pearl Awards contest.
The Pearl Awards contest is calling for entries from graphic artists who utilize products in CTI Paper’s Fine Paper Collection for their design projects. The Fine Paper Collection includes cast coated, translucent, pearlescent, and metallic printing papers.
Submissions must be printed on one or more CTI paper products. Eligible projects must be produced during the years 2008 or 2009. Entries that were previously entered in any CTI contests do not qualify.
There are no entry fess and no limitations on how many entries you can submit to the contest. Judging is based upon the quality, creativity, design excellence and the effective use of these CTI papers:
ASPIRE Petallics®
Bindakote®
Constellation®
Jade
CurrencyTM
Jazz®
Glama Natural®
Splendorlux®
These specialty papers, while easy to print on, should be used according to guidelines as set by CTI papers. They are available on the CTI Paper website. Click here for the details.
There are three awards in this contest:
Pearl Award Gold: $500
Pearl Award Silver: $250
Pearl Award Bronze: $100
Winners will be displayed in CTI’s online design gallery during the year. For the official entry form and contest rules, click here. The deadline for this contest is December 31, 2009.
