The objective of this competition is to design a housing complex in Cleveland’s Fairfax neighborhood that will provide an innovative, affordable, sustainable and supportive environment for families in which grandparents are the primary caregivers of their grandchildren. Open to Ohio registered architects in association with collaborating designers as a single-phase open competition. Informational session for participants will be held September 29, 2008, 4:30-6:00pm at Quincy Renaissance Place, 8111 Quincy Avenue, Cleveland.
