Have you ever dreamed of being a fashion footwear designer? Have you ever walked by a shoe store and envisioned your design in the window? If so, now is your chance to see if you have what it takes. From 21 May through 11 June, Steve Madden will accept design submissions for a Fall or Holiday inspired shoe. Madden will narrow down the designs to the Top 5 Art + Sole Finalists. Then, he’ll turn the finalists over to the public for voting on 20 June.

Grand Prize winner will be flown to New York City to spend a day with Steve Madden and to watch the winning design come to life in his onsite factory (includes 2 night hotel accommodation). The winning shoe will be named after the winning designer and available for sale on stevemadden.com and in participating stores across the country for the holiday 2007 season.
